Usually we do. Right now, due to the Covid situation, we cannot enter your apartment before check-out. However we can provide new sheets and towels if needed.

What would you highlight about PEPPER & PAPER Apartments
This apartment was a breath of fresh air!
The location was excellent for an experience in a Parisian neighborhood. There are many places to eat and a grocery store conveniently located next door. But as far as getting to the tourist sights, everything was about 25-30 minutes away. There were convenient bus lines and a Metro station and we got better at navigating the transportation system as our stay progressed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and our apartment had all of the amenities that we needed including laundry.
I wish we were a little closer to the sights, but I think Paris is a big city. Our neighborhood felt very safe and had the amenities that we needed.

We loved the apartment - for a family of 5 it was perfect and the kitchen and washing machine was a huge plus! The location was amazing - great corner shop and wonderful cafes all around

The reception staff is welcoming, helpful, and nice. location is good right next to Mouffetard market. a nice garden to drink your coffee in the mornings
a lot of things were missing in the room upon arrival. On the third day, our room was supposed to be cleaned, but when we returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned. The cleaners had already left and the reception staff (who were helpful and lovely!) cleaned and arranged, but we felt uncomfortable with the situation.
